By 2020, the HCT in Al Gharbia will provide every adult resident the opportunity to undertake studies that meet their needs and those of the region’s employers in state of the art learning environments within easy travelling distance.

Meeting the Needs of the Community

Build management structure involving students and staff.
Involve community, students and staff in planning of new location.
Develop the college as the hub of the community to drive forward Al Gharbia’s overall development
Use student council and staffs to develop community links.
